10/23/2023, 3:32 PMfirst time we’ve tried adding subsidiaries. I turned on M-S Customers just last week and now trying to populate all subsidiaries for all Leads/Prospects/Customers via CSV Import. Saw some errors, decided to try those ones in UI, and that’s where I am now.

10/23/2023, 4:03 PMBy any chance could be the reason that a prospect is not a customer yet? Life cycle is Lead>Prospect>Customer. technically a lead, prospect and customer is same record type just status is different. Just my 1.5 cents :-)
