Ideas needed for PO creation automation.. Looking to make life easier for people raising PO's in the company, thinking of ways and need some help re solutions, 2 scenarios especially... 1. Some POs are raised similarly each month (is there a way to preset to click on a button and either see details on how the last PO looks like or copy the last PO option and blank out PO number/mandatory so users have to enter and not just click save) - would save time having to fill out all the info they do for each PO 2. Help guide - see specific COA used by the supplier on PO creation so they know which ones to select from that may have already been used for suppliers with similar etc.. 3. Any other ideas

These are both fairly native For point 1 if you use make copy NetSuite should automatically assign a new PO#. If you’ve enabled allow override I would recommend turning that off or hiding the checkbox to auto create For point 2 you can set an account on the vendor record and that will be used on POs and Bills
