Has anyone used the Expense Commitments and Budget Validation Suiteapp? There's a step in the install where you need to create an account to be the Custom Budget Account, but I can't find any details on what type of account it needs to be.

as far as I remember precursor to this app is to have advance project account module

probably not helpful, but I have installed the app couple times and recall no account like that, particularly the “need” piece of it
