I have a Saved Search for System Notes to look for new G/L Accounts. If a run the search as admin, I can see the expected results. If a use another role, it ONLY shows the System Notes for his/her own user. The role has full access to Saved Searches, System Notes, and G/L Accounts. I even use the option to "RUN UNRESTRICTED" the search to no avail. What am I missing?

Do you have subsidiary restriction for the role ? Department class location restriction ? Have you add the role in audience tab ?
e
Saved Search has the correct Audience No restriction on the role or the employee record. In the Role: EMPLOYEE RESTRICTIONS > none - no default DO NOT RESTRICT EMPLOYEE FIELDS > Checked ACCESSIBLE SUBSIDIARIES > All ALLOW CROSS-SUBSIDIARY RECORD VIEWING > Checked Permissions > List > Accounts > Full Permissions > List > Notes Tab > Full Permissions > List > Employees > View
In the G/L Account itself, the role CAN see the full System Notes tab with all the changes for all the users But in the Saved Search, can only see the System Notes for his/her own user

Can you show me the criteria ? And filter ?
Have you trying to create a new saved search and check if you have the same result
e
I created a simplified version of the Saved Search to track down the permission The Saved Search is for System Notes In Criteria, I only have Type > Is Create In Results, I only have Set By When the Search runs, it only shows the current user results, if any
On nvm, it's not possible SuiteAnswer 26574 System Notes Search Returns No Results for Non Admin Role When Run Unrestricted = T
It works for Admin only... And for the non-admin role that has the check for "Core Admin Permissions"

Love the "Solution" 😆
