Try this with whatever field the name is in put in the {yourfield} part of the formula: SUBSTR({yourfield}, INSTR({yourfield}, '-') +1)

If there a space between O BELL - Woodly Need to put +2 at the end

Yeah I was presuming that some similar names wouldn't have a space (I don't often see that in hyphenated names), suppose you could always do a trim too for both situations.
