How do I conduct a search for customers using a certain form? On transactions I would use the field "custom form", however this does not appear to be available in customer saved searches.

Forms are user specific. What is the need? You could assign a form to roles so that they see only that form.

I am looking to see if there are any customers under a specific subsidiary using the incorrect form.

Unless the actual form is checked for “Store Form with record” then there is no actual form associated with the customer. It’s just the form ones uses to view the record.
