In video the presenter says that the Manufacturing Mobile interface is included in the Work Orders and Assemblies module. We have had this module for quite a few years but I cannot find the Manufacturing Mobile anywhere in our account. Is it correct that it is included in the WO and Assembly module or only Adv. Manufacturing?

I think you need to install some bundles first.
