I will look into it. I notice the Assembly was missing the Routing as well.

Using those Work Center Bins under Bin Lookup Method is not for every use case. This setup is for where you would have a staging area next to your work centers. Most cases your production worker is going to receive a Picking Ticket and go to the areas where the components are stored and pick them for the work order(s). Using the Work Center Bins option requires an additional stop to that bin before being able to create/build towards a work order. You can't auto-issue components to your work order with that option selected either. That 'Complete To Bin' should normally be set to a bin called 'FG' which will then auto issue your completed Assemblies into the FG bin/area of your warehouse.
