Hi, we are using NetSuite to report weekly time sheet for whole company. I noticed that when user select project+task, it fills in automatically "service item" (this is standard behavior). I am wishing to keep "Service item" to be blank/null when they are entering they hours. there is a way to achieve it?

Did you assign a service item in the project task record? It's the default if I'm not mistaken. If you can't leave it blank there, then you'd probably have to create a workflow.

OK I managed to add service item column in search report but it shows blank value to all records
