To anyone with experience using Electronic Bank Payment for ACH vendor payments (we're newer to it). Trying to get a feel for file processing time. Created a payment file last week that paid 89 bills (across 49 vendors). It took 1hr 20min to process the payment file. Does that seem normal?

This was 2+ years ago I dealt with this directly, but yeah, it took forever to process at my last place.

well you can follow along with the processing step by step, but it seems like a really long time - if you do not have more than one queue (suite cloud plus licenses) it may have been waiting for something else to finish

Thanks for your input. Yeah, I had a user run the process and give me this feedback, but told them to ping me when they start another large one so I can monitor. We do have suitecloud plus, so should be able to take advantage of the multiple queues

You can edit the map/reduce deployments to increase the concurrency. Have done this myself and got hours of processing down to minutes. Obviously depends on how many SuiteCloud+ licenses you have
