Does anyone here use the AP Automation module in Netsuite? If so, Is it working as designed for you?

It's still super new - to the point where NS isn't allowing partners to implement it yet.

Do you know the major competitors who offer a similar service?

AvidXchange, Bill.com, Tipalti are top of list - each have a different core driving function. I will say the bill.com integration isn't very flexible

Thank you for your response. Do any of these have a gmail API with OCR? Or do they require entering the PDF invoice inside of NetSuite/ or if not a bundle in netsuite the website?

All 3 are external tools that allow integration to NetSuite

Also, Docupeak/Pairsoft is another option that may work for your situation.
