Hello experts! Question regarding global billing practices Do you have any clients where they have billing teams in different time zones? If that’s the case, how do they manage time settings and cut-off periods for booking orders? For example, there is billing team in Maryland US who book orders until 12 am EST on May 31 2023. There is also a billing team in Ireland, so they have their NetSuite set-up in their local time which means they can technically still book orders until 5 am IST 1 June 2023 but then their NetSuite will show May orders being booked in June so that would be an audit problem. Then there is also a billing team in Singapore who are 12 hours ahead of the US. Should they have their time set locally and just stop booking orders at 12 pm SGT on June 01 2023 which again would be an audit problem? Or have you seen clients do something different? Thank you

That feels like you should just lock the functionality on the relevant subsidiaries.
using the period close checklist

@KevinJ of Kansas thank you this simply means that once we are done with our tasks in AR by 12 am EST in US then we can just lock it, right?
