We have completed an inventory count in our warehouse and are now doing the necessary inventory adjustments. There is an issue with two items, 1 serialized and 1 lot numbered, NS says we have 1pc of each but there is no lot number or serial number under inventory detail. It is not possible to do an inventory adjustment as It says "specify inventory detail" which there is none. Is it possible to solve this in any way and get these to have 0 on hand?

turn off bins for the item and then try to adjust it..then turn it back on
