Hello, Is there a way to know when the item is added on the sales order? We are not able to see the change history under System Information tab, and the history link on the item itself only show the history when the item is added, but we are trying to see when the item is added. The item might be added after sales order is created, so the created date might not be accurate either.

I don't believe this is natively there, the line history only captures changes to the line after it is there. Your only inkling of a change is the total changing in the system notes, but that doesn't give you the detail. This is likely something you would need to script if you wanted to capture and it does not sound particularly simple to do so.
