I have worked several projects to set up an intermediary SFTP between some service and NetSuite - there's no SFTP within NS for retrieving/adding files from/to it.

Sorry, customer will be using Kyriba . Kyriba will be the one retrieving files from their document cabinet. Please let me know if I get this right, it is not possible for them to have a SFTP connection between their account and an external system?

There's no SFTP TO NetSuite. NetSuite can SFTP to somewhere else but not into NetSuite itself.

Kyriba has a prebuilt connector between NetSuite and itself, have you looked into if the functionality you’re trying to build already exists?

Sorry. Im not familiar with Kyriba. This is a new implementation for the customer and he is trying to configure it and one thing that he needs is the SFTP URL. I navigated to Setup > Company Information > Company URLS and I was not able find any. Do you happen to know where can I get the SFTP URL?

yeah I suspect maybe the instructions are getting misinterpreted along the way - if you can see the Kyriba setup instructions yourself it should be pretty clear and it will probably actually ask for something other than an “SFTP url”
