Hi, all.
Does anyone have experience setting up promotion for buying a set of items?
For example, if we have a set of items, including A, B, and C.
The promotion/discount item will only populate when A, B, and C are added to the sales order items. We hope to only apply when distinct items are added.

Would a kit work?

@michoel Hi. Thank you for the reply.
We thought of using kit, but since our cases are more of the situation where we have multiple SKUs under each type A, B and C. Using the kits might be creating too many combinations at this case.

Create a workflow and use the Create Line action for this
Setup a saved search with the criteria you want and then use that saved search as a transition to a new state
The first action of that state is the Create like action which will add your discount item as the last line of the transaction

Hi, @AI1. Does that involve multiple types of items being added?

Are you asking if the create line action can add multiple item types
Or if you add multiple types of items to a sales order will it trigger the create line action?

Yeah because right not it will need to have all three types of items in order to trigger the discount
