Morning! We are setting up a saved search to send EDI doc 846 which is inventory advice. Our partner requires us to send the next available date and quantity if an item is out of stock. Any suggestions on how to send that from an inventory based saved search? Thank you!

You will need to get it from the purchase orders: expected receipt date. I have done this recently using SuiteScript, not for EDI but for SO item lines.

Thx for the response Nick. I can pull in that field from the Transactions sub-menu but I can't narrow it to just purchase orders. thoughts?

Is it showing you the correct date?

No. It is showing the first date but it's from the wrong transaction. When I pulled in type field it shows Sales Orders. Expected receipt date is not an option from drop down. I can only find within the transaction fields section.

Yeah, it will be pulled from Transaction Fields... but you will probably need to Max or Min on this column and group by item.
