our customers are complaining that they are not receiving invoices but i can see email logs in messages. is there a way to figure out why they are not receiving them?

if it is not being bounced, then its on their mail server... its typically a masking problem where their software is detecting the email is coming from
@netsuite
being being masked as coming from
@yourcompany
which it detects as bad

is there a solution to this cause this is causing too many issues for us

they prob need to whitelist
@netsuite
on their mail server or you need to find a way to stop masking emails sent from netsuite and have them send as
<mailto:yourcompanyname@netsuite.com|yourcompanyname@netsuite.com>
so their mail servers dont think it is spam/fraudulent
