We are in the process of cutting over to using internal cases for managing NetSuite related support requests. We have recently noticed when a couple of our Admin users edits one of these cases the Case Profile is changing. Anyone have insights as to why this is occurring?

Maybe a workflow is triggering on the case record on the condition of an admin role editing it?

Checked and there are no workflows performing any change to the profile field.
