Hi all, does anyone know which roles have access to change payment terms or credit limits? How would I even figure this out?

Do you mean as they apply to an Individual Customer/Vendor? or the available Payment Terms for selection?

The former I think. Like who has access to change those field values. I need to do a search to find all the roles that can do it but I don’t know which permissions they are.

That will be the permission for the Record. So a role that has Edit permission for Customer will be able to Edit/change the terms and Credit limit as the default. I generally create a Workflow to set the fields to Inline for non-finance users (for example). That stops others from changing.

So they only need the customer permission? There’s no specific permission for those fields? Thanks for the info btw, really appreciate it.

are you guys able to access this file NetSuitePermissionsUsage.xls on SA? The link is broken when I tried to access it. The other file I found on the help center page is not the most up-to-date (2020.1) we're currently on 2020.2
