Hi all, quick question. We recently bought additional user licenses and our last refresh was about a month ago. So we have 3/30 full employee licenses available in prod and 1/27 available in SB. Do we actually have only one license available in SB?

I'm guessing they just provisioned it to production and not sandbox

You probably have two options: 1) call NS support and bitch that they only set your users up in prod. 2) refresh sandbox.

makes sense. I guess I can just test it by seeing what happens if I go over the SB limit.

we're scheduled to refresh in about a week though, so shouldn't be the end of the world either way

If you make a case with NS they will update the # of licenses in SB pretty quickly in my experience
