Could someone see if this is an issue for them as well...
When I start an email from a transaction, if I press the <DIV> button (to show the HTML of the code), it won't let me change back to the "normal" non HTML view after. Until I close out of the window and open the email pop up again.

just tested a demo account. Cannot replicate the issue with a "standard" template.
I've experienced similar, probably unrelated, pains with Advanced HTML forms though. Once you start modifying the html it didn't take too kindly to flipping back and forth. However, if you just flipped back and forth without modifications there was no issue there.

I appreciate you testing that. I have a user who is "stuck" in the <DIV> mode. So when they click "Email", they only see HTML code, which means nothing to them and intimidates them lol

just one user? If you can't replicate it then I'd go the usual: "clear cookies, cache, jump up and down, restart your computer" route

Well.. he's the only one who is stuck in the HTML view. I cannot get the DIV button to work once I switch to HTML view either

Interestingly enough, this issue only happens when logged in as Admin...
