Do records created via user event script not trigger workflows? Just like they won't trigger other user event scripts?

I know your order of operations matters on a single record - but a user event that modifies/creates another record definitely can't trigger a script or workflow on that other record.

Yep that's the case I was referring to - user event on a custom record creates a sales order, and that doesn't trigger sales order workflows. I suspected it's the same rule as UE won't trigger UE. Just wanted confirmation there wasn't something wrong with the way the WF was set up.
