as in.. can we request to have a new account rep from NetSuite

I had a PS Representative assisting us with setup and he was incredibly horrible. We asked our AE for a new person. She said he is getting support and is on the right track (with a problem we were trying to solve). Wasted MONTHS with that guy. I urge you to go back to Sales and make your request loud. ASAP.
