@Jessica Bickis You can add a custom field with a list type that sources address and then you can have that filter by the partner. Would that work? The only caveat there is that I don’t think you can create new addresses from a field like that.

Thanks! Yeah -- I was thinking along these lines, but wanted to make entry of records be as simple as possible.

The way I've accomplished that in the past is a "pop up" suitelet
It was... a mildly painful event
Is there some reason you are doing a custom record for donation partners instead of a customer record or a contact?
Normally what i see done with non profits and donators/members/whatever they call their donation base is they utilize the customer record and then rename it to match their use case.

@KevinJ of Kansas We are basically taking funds from our customers to donate to our donation partners. Since thje donation partner is not the Customer, but is a fulfillment entity only, the customer record doesn't work well for us, and the Parter Record doesn't work well, because a Partner may bring an account in that purchases one of our donation items that then we forward on to the donation partner. So I need a way to track: 1. Customer who donated 2. If that customer we aquired through an existing partner relationship
3. Where the donation was fulfilled
Think like the Buy One Give One model from companies like Toms Shoes. Our customer receives a product and we send one else where as a donation. So we need to track where each order was fulfilled to report back to original customer
and to track capacity for each donation partner so we don't overwhlem them. Custom Record felt like a good option
