Does anyone know if the Celigo OneDrive integration associates files between related records? Meaning if I store a file in an Opportunity it will carry to Estimate, Sales, etc.?

At present no, however it is an enhancement request (and makes sense to do). Since the storage record is public users that want to get a jump start on this could certainly writer their own scripts.
