Hi! does anyone have Suitecommerce experience and if so, i have an odd issue netsuite considers an enhancement: When a client browses to buy items they can see the number of items in stock on the site. But when they add it to their cart and continue shopping (assume other customers are buying the same item) they click to check out, go through the payment details etc and at “Place Order”, they all receive a message when any of their items is out of stock that “One or more of their items is out of stock, click go back to modify their cart” however, it doesn’t tell them what item and they now have to research every item in their cart and guess add/remove product. Whens they call customer service, the customer service teams has to check available inventory across all items. I called NS support and they said this is a limitation, has anyone seen this and solved the issue in some way? if not, do you have any ideas on what approach i could take? Thanks in advance.
