We've got an SO with a partially fulfilled line and a whole line that were special ordered. The Special Order PO is linked correctly. All same location. When my team goes to fulfill, it's showing the whole line correctly, but not the partial line. On Reallocate, the Commit button is greyed out for the appropriate SO, but it's trying to reallocate to two other SO's. Even if those check boxes are cleared and the amount is entered for the linked SO, it isn't committing. What can we do to finalize this?

I might be tempted to unwind your PO for the partial line (even back to the item receipt) and add a new line and create a special order for that line, and move forward with that.
