I am trying to create a saved search that shows all of the items and their respective GL codes but want to also include the GL number and not just the text. Is there a way to do this? Could not find that option in the results. Found Income Account and Expense Account but that just gives the text.

analytics workbooks can probably do this. Can't be done on a saved search currently

one possible solution could be to add 2 custom fields on item. Initially you can fill in these fields via item import or scripting or mass update (semi manual). For new items these fields could automatically populate according selected income/expense account. Afterwards you can extracts these fields in a saved search.
