Hi Ryan, can you be more specific? Are you referring to transaction forms? In that case it's the user rights that change the ability to view or edit a record, not the form itself.

Hi @Lenz - Netherlands - it's a custom record form for Entity Bank Details from the Electronic Payment bundle

Yes those are weird. In my account if you want to see fields like bank account number etc. you have to go into edit mode. I wasn't sure it was something weird with our NetSuite instance or with the bundle but I guess I have my answer now

It's weird for us though as our 'View' shows 'Sort code' and 'Edit' shows 'Branch Number' - secondly, the file format changes from 'BACS' to 'ABA'.
