Random question: Where does NetSuite fall in your company Org Chart? We have an internal full-time NS administrator position and my leadership team is in disagreement on where it belongs. They are stuck between Finance and IT/Development. I’ve found that the companies that utilize netsuite the best have the admins fall under IT

In small companies it falls under Finance or IT or both but in big companies it falls under business system/application team which is part of Finance team

I've seen most companies put ERP admin roles under Finance. Not that it's the best place, but that is the norm. Personally, I think it needs to go under the company's manager who has the best grasp on the company's overall needs no matter what department that is.
