General question. We need our distributors to enter their orders, very simple item, qty, date and a couple more fields. Someone told me to use Customer Center. Any idea what it is ?

The customer center is an available role in netsuite, that you can activate through the customers record, like an employee access, or via mass update of the access field. It's quite easy to set up, but be sure to remove all unnecessary access to your customers.
