Hello, I am working on my first Workflow (on the employee record), and, in the Workflow Action screen, I am trying to have a field made mandatory with a trigger of Entry, yet no matter the trigger, I get zero options in the Field dropdown. Any ideas why this would be empty?

It's not pretty common to use Entry for that though. What's the use case? You can try Before Record Load trigger instead if that still meets your needs.

Unfortunately no matter what trigger I select, the Field dropdown is still empty.
