anyone is having issues with payment method not working on their site builder website??

what checkout are you using?

Ours is OK (EU data centre & Cybersource).

That looks to be the gateway that processes your payments, can you screenshot the "payment method" you are referring to on your site.

So I think we may have found the issue - we got this email update: if you do not enable the Use strict rules for the selection of Payment Processing Profiles accounting preference before upgrading to the NetSuite 2020.2 release, the preference will be automatically enabled on your account. Have you had any similar issues with this? Also, is this a feature that we can disable and still be ok with processing payments securely and safely? I unchecked this box and all seems to be working again with our online payment system. I just want to be sure that with the box being unchecked/disabled for this feature, that we are still ok. @ahomsher Thank you!!!

You should be ok, ours is unchecked as well.
