Hey, I set up several lists on a dashboard, and noticed that the content isn't refreshed until I force refresh. Can somebody where to find the rules for auto-refresh ?

There aren't any. I want to say I saw a 3rd party that helps with this, but for the life of me, I can't remember their name.

Since the portal will be used on a tablet, I don't think installing plugins will be an option.

We wrote a Chrome extension for internal use that refreshes all portlets on any dashboard on reload then again every x minutes (interval set in Chrome options). If that's something people would be interested in, I'll see if my company is ok with me creating an open source version to share with others.
