Hi, we have a custom segment called Country. The custom segment values include all the countries and their abbreviations. For example, CA, CAN, CAD, CANADA (all of these pertain to Canada). It is set-up this way since the invoices are sent by our customers with thousands of lines and we have no control over their nomenclatures and it would be inefficient for us to edit all the invoices with thousands of lines. In this case, Canada is the Parent custom segment value and the child custom segment values are CA, CAN and CAD. Without using a SuiteAnalytics Workbook, I tried customizing a report (sales by item) to add a custom filter for the custom segment so users will be able to filter per country. Is there a way for us to select the Parent custom segment value (Canada) and with that, the amount/transactions that will be displayed are those of the parent and child custom segment values?
