Anyone know if there is a report available that would be able identify if any supplier invoice doesn’t have a file attached to it?

I believe there is no standard report for that. I personally created a saved search instead which better suits my needs than customizing a report. Transaction Saved Search, File fields..., File Name is not empty. (There are other possible ways.)
