Does anyone know of a good implementation shop that can come in and just help out in areas we are stuck and not need to do a full implementation? Someone that can handle a fast paced client?

I've done implementations like this in the past with a client before - mixed results. Sometimes it went really well with little hand holding. Sometimes it took more effort than they anticipated. In general - it's a good idea to at least discuss the other parts of the implementation even if you are driving it yourself so that you can ensure the solution isn't incomplete.

Problem is we don't want to be billed for legwork we completed a year ago. We need someone that can hit the project running and just hit key pieces we haven't had the time or knowhow to do yet

Whoever comes in will have to spend time understanding your implementation. Anyone shooting from the hip will likely lead to disaster. Best to setup your questions, ask in the community or hire consultant. Let me know what you need and I can help out - i also have dev resources
