Is there a way we can determine what's sending an automated email (workfow, script, saved search, etc)? thanks

if you look on the email headers there might be some clues

Example:

```X-MailingID: scompid=XXXX_SB1; search=1627; action=scheduled; attachment=csv
X-NetSuite: c=XXXXX_SB1; s=<http://be131.prod.sv|be131.prod.sv>; v=2020.1.0.63; t=SearchEmailTask; ec=false```


would you know what's sending this kind of email? this is an automated email on support cases. not very familiar with it
