@Jordan Fitch We are experiencing the same thing lately. Are you on the same mail server as us? We are on nmail004.na3.netsuite.com We are getting errors like: 'Your access to this mail system has been rejected due to the sending MTA's poor reputation' and 'Your access to submit messages to this email system has been rejected.' We have had DKIM set up for years, so I don't think that's the issue.
k
Do you have a DMARC config as well?
j
yes that is the same server as us. I checked all our SSL, DKIM, etc. and everything seems to be fine so not sure what the issue is. I sent a case into Netsuite so we will see what they say.

Hello everyone I've been getting this message: Persistent Transient Failure: Delivery not authorized, message refused. I've been reading a bit and it points out that this an issue on the receiver side, but it says that it usually means "low ip reputation". Has anyone got this log on an email message? I'm not quite sure if this is a misconfiguration in NetSuite or if it has nothing to do with the account but with the client who's receiving the message. Any feedback on this would be appreciated. Thank you very much in advance for your help
k
Feedback is same as others - there's a defect on the NS side right now. Open a case and get yourself attached to it.
e
Thank you @KevinJ of Kansas. Will do.
j
We have the same thing. Do you have the defect number by any chance @KevinJ of Kansas ? They are saying the issue is on our end but we do have DMARC/DKIM/SPF set up already.
k
I do not - someone else posted that NS had a defect open because of something on their end
@dansteg was posting around it
maybe Dan can provide the defect number?
j
584941 (its a U3)
d
@KevinJ of Kansas It looks like we're dealing with this issue again today. @jen is correct Defect # 584941. They had also asked me to change my SPF record to include just sent-via.netsuite.com instead of mailsenders.netsuite.com and sparkpostmail.com What does everyone else have in their SPF records?
j
v=spf1 include:<http://_spf.google.com|_spf.google.com> include:<http://mailsenders.netsuite.com|mailsenders.netsuite.com> include:<http://sent-via.netsuite.com|sent-via.netsuite.com> ~all
They had me set up DMARC too
v=DMARC1;p=none;pct=100;rua=mailto:<myemailaddress>
k
DMARC is what normally gets NS to stop yelling at me that it's not completely configured for a client.
i.e. DKIM by itself isn't enough.
Has it gotten better since setting that up Jen?
d
They said that sent-via.netsuite.com should also include the mailsenders.netsuite.com now I'm not so sure. Also I just got an email about 10 minutes ago that they have moved us to a Bulk email service, which should resolve the issue... hmmmmm
k
that does *definitely not sound right
