Anyone have issues with adding a unit type to a inventory item?  Previous category manager didn't utilize UOM at all.  Everything is blank since everything they were using was basically in eaches.

Item doesn't have inventory, but making an adjustment to the UOM results in An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information.

Checked the records for the item and its never referenced once.

hmm…kk hang on let me try something….this is an inventory item — serialized or just an inventory item?

I mean, I could just delete the item and re-create it....but I'm more interested in what the issue is lol

i just did that for a serialized item and no issues….maybe isolated to lot numbered?

btw where do i edit the units of measure btw?

In general, UOM Types are one of the few things that *can't* be changed about an item once you create it
