Has anyone had an instance where To Be Emailed = T and an email was present but when the invoice was approved it did not get emailed out?

As in no message was generated at all, or that the email was not received?

Nothing under the communications tab
A CSV Import was done to bulk approve invoices and I think some from the batch got sent out and some didn't which is so weird

Odd. Probably just a hiccup.

Check under Lists --> Mailing --> undelivered emails? If the email is in that list it will not send to them. Also on the Customer record make sure they are not Hard unsubscribed? one last thing, I know within a campaign if two records have the same email address it will only attempt to send the message once.

It is my understanding that undelivered emails still act like sent messages on the communications tab - unless they have changed it in the last year

correct, however if the address has a previous failure it will not try to send again.

the email line has a REMOVE link and could have been removed that way. Go look at the communications tabl on the customer and see if it is there.
