New to workflows: Want to create one where if on hand quantity is zero for 1 product on the order; change order fulfilment center location to second one. Any suggestions how i should proceed

not quite sure if workflow can read/write those columns in the sublist. have you seen them as options in the set value action?

I wouldn't go the route of workflow for this

The primary issue isn't just the fact that it's columns

It's that "on hand" is determined elsewhere and controlled by other factors. Meaning, things like other transactions will impact your results

If you are using commitments, I'd consider using that instead of on hand.

thanks <@UER9Q3SGM> , i can use committed quantity too I think but when I try the conditions on the workflow I cant find the option at all?

That's what I mean. You could maybe do this with a sublist action group.

However, again, I should reiterate - this is likely a vastly improved user experience when done via scripting instead of workflow

you could also look at Auto location assignment for this?

we are just trying to explore the idea for now and may not even end u using if retail opens soon
