Had our FedEx account in Netsuite Sandbox working fine but was testing something and removed it. Trying to add it again. did the whole thing on the FedEx website to generate test account number but keep getting this error “Shipping address provided does not match our records” I got two addresses on the email from FedEx and have tried those plus the one on my profile
any suggestions?
