When using a billing schedule to do 50% now, 50% later, NetSuite is deciding to bill for half the quantity, rather than half the amount. Is the latter possible?

amount - qty x rate, 1/2 amount = 1/2 quantity x rate

Yep, indeed - except it's not what I want. We want the whole quantity recognised, but payment in instalments. It seems this scenario isn't supported in billing schedules?

🙂 you guessed correctly! known issue for many in service industry. Suggest to look into modifying Advanced PDF Template to play with the quantity
