Hello! Do we know if it is possible to discount a Sales Order 100% with a discount item including tax?

try setting the header level `Discount Item` field to a discount item with a 100% rate

depending on your Tax preferences setting for `Respect Discount Item Tax Preference` you may need to change the value of the `Apply Before Sales Tax` checkbox for the
Discount Item

Thank you! <@U5TF1GQ20> NetSuite support is telling me it is not possible to change Tax item with Workflow but is possible with scripting. Do you know if there is a script already out there to use for this?

im not sure why you want to set the tax item (`taxcode` field?), but usually there aren't public scripts on the internet for simply setting fields
