04/02/2020, 5:25 PMIf I recall properly - you're a newer admin right? Get ready for this every so often. You might look at undeploying scripts and workflows applied to the record type temporarily to see if it gets better.

04/02/2020, 5:31 PMI made some changes to 6-7 transaction body fields to default to the data input to the customer record. I took those fields off of the forms which my user was experiencing the error by unclicking the "show" box and the user is still getting that error message.

04/02/2020, 6:33 PMyou check workflows and scripts at customization -> scripting -> scripted records and then select on the appropriate record type to see what scripts and workflows are deployed

04/02/2020, 10:55 PMYou can also log a ticket with NetSuite, and they have some logs available to them that have more details. Then ask them to make those logs visible to the user getting the error!

Allows you to see which scripts / workflows are deployed to the record you're currently on. (saves navigating to the scripted records menu item).
You can also see if a script is deployed and navigate directly to it from the dropdown.
