Is there a way to restrict transaction view for a vendor to one location only? I've created a custom field in the vendor record for the location and added location restriction in their role but they can still see all transactions

Your vendor has standard user access, and not a vendor center role?

Yes, standard user access.

This doesn't not say how to restrict for custom entity records. Also, custom entity fields don't have the Apply Role Restrictions box
