Hello, what should I do if when approving a Bill an error "0 Bills have been approved. An error ocurres processing Bill with key 21225o2. This record has been locked by user defined workflow" is displayed.

Normally you only need view permission to approve bills. If in approve and on reject some other action happening them it will this sort of error. Specifically when record is being opened in edit mode.

I'm within Transactions -> Payables -> Approve Bills and when i look for the bill and click submitt this is what i get

You are using mass bill approval page it’s approve and reject button are conditional so need to make sure role does have access to employee list. There are more to it but don’t remember on top of my head.

Looks like you don’t have permission to approve or reject it.

I'm in the Admin role thats weird

State in workflow maybe locked. So you need to add condition to workflow so that admin can edit or approve it.
