I'm trying to use the NetSuite App on my phone and I can login under almost every role except for Admin. I get "Login access has been disabled for this role". Anyone know how to get around that?

You can’t use admin role to login from mobile any longer because it does not have mobile log in permission. Only work around is to use employee global permission and then login by admin role.

You can't use Full Access role either, even before it was deprecated.

<@U412EABU2> Can you elaborate on the global permission? If I set Mobile Device Access to Full, I can log into the app with the under the Admin role?

<@UN3JFQH17>  that’s right. I’ve not tested it anything have changed with 20.1 but it worked with 19.1 and 19.2. They removed admin access from mobile during 19.1.

<@UN3JFQH17>  it’s good feature but need to very careful when user role changes and they’ve still got global permissions added to them because global permission override any role permissions.

Very true. I was more trying to see if this combo allowed for the Admin access on mobile.
But thanks for the caveat.
